How do Credits work?
We charge based on document complexity, not per-client. This ensures you only pay for what you use.
The Ecosystem Bundle ($40/mo) includes 5,000 Credits.
Digital PDF Parsing
Used for standard digital PDFs (where you can highlight the text). Fast, deterministic, and accurate.
Standard OCR
Used for scanned images or photos. We convert the image to text before processing.
Complex Extraction
Used for messy, non-standard documents or handwriting that requires heavy computational power to standardize.

Annual Plans: Yes. Your credits are pooled annually (60,000 credits upfront). This is ideal for tax and surge season spikes.

Are you SOC 2 Compliant?
Yes. We are SOC 2 compliant and have received a clean SOC 2 Type 1 report. We are currently in the observation period for SOC 2 Type 2 and expect to receive our final report by Mid-March. You can request access to our Type 1 report and view real-time controls via our Trust Center.
Where is my data hosted?
All data is stored in the US. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. For Vault files, we offer Client-Side Encryption, meaning we do not possess the keys to read your raw files.
Do you sell data to train AI?
No. Per our Privacy Policy, we do not sell your data. Our models operate on a sandboxed, "Zero-Retention" policy. Once the data is extracted for you, the sensitive data is wiped from the memory.
I don’t trust AI. Can I use your platform without it?
Yes! Our standard extraction methods work perfectly without AI. We prioritize your control, so AI features are disabled by default. You can continue leveraging Fin Pods using our traditional methods for as long as you like.
